Comcast Technology Center and Four Seasons Hotel
The second Comcast tower is the tallest building in America outside of New York and Chicago. City Cleaning Company provided final cleaning service to LF Driscoll Co. for all of the one million square feet of this stunning addition to the Philadelphia skyline, including the glistening Four Seasons Hotel perched at the top of the structure. In order to complete the project, City Cleaning crews worked seven days a week, two shifts per day on this, the largest project in our company’s history.
Citizens Bank Park
When the home of the Phillies opened in 2004, City Cleaning Company was there, providing cleaning for three separate contractors right up to opening day. We have been there for every subsequent project, including renovations for seating and private boxes, new restaurants and concessions, a new training facility and locker rooms and the clubhouse.
Museum of the American Revolution
City Cleaning Company has provided a variety of services to museums and historic sites in Philadelphia. A recent major project was for the new Museum of the American Revolution, in Old City. Intech Construction was our client.
FMC Tower
This massive new glass tower has been described as a vertical city, containing high end residences, corporate headquarters, and a number of retail tenants. City Cleaning Company provided the final cleaning for the main contractor, Turner Construction Company, as well as for a number of other contractors that performed fit-out construction within the complex.
Health Care
Every year City Cleaning Company provides cleaning services to numerous hospitals and other health care related facilities. Recent projects have taken place at Pennsylvania Hospital, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Lankenau, Jefferson University, Cooper, Virtua, Inspira, Doylestown, Christiana, Nemours and many more. General contractors have included HSC, P. Agnes, Axis, Target, Skanska, Norwood, and LF Driscoll.
Educational
Every summer City Cleaning Company is hired to perform numerous post construction cleaning projects at college campuses and schools around the region in preparation for the fall semester. Recent years have found us working at the campuses of Princeton, University of Pennsylvania, Drexel, Temple, Lehigh, Lafayette and Rowan. We have also worked on projects for the School District of Philadelphia, Millville High School and Mastery Charter Schools. General contractors have included Hunter Roberts Construction Group. Hall Construction, Intech, Turner, P. Agnes, Sullivan Construction, and Clemens Construction.
Curtis Institute of Music
When this prestigious musical conservatory (alma mater to Leonard Bernstein as well as many other classical music luminaries) decided to seek outside help in its building maintenance needs for the first time in its history in 2002, it turned to City Cleaning to guide it through the process. The Curtis campus has since grown to five Center City buildings, including the recently constructed Lenfest Hall, with City Cleaning providing around the clock, seven day per week service as the music plays on.
Mercy Ministries of Philadelphia, Inc.
The Sisters of Mercy have been an essential community resource for the residents of the underserved Tioga-Nicetown neighborhood of Philadelphia for over forty years. City Cleaning Company is proud to be a partner with this organization, providing daily cleaning services for their pre-school and senior citizen programs, as well as other neighborhood activities.
Wagner Free Institute of Science
This National Historic Landmark, featuring many architectural features that have remained unchanged for over a century, has very specialized cleaning needs that are met by the City Cleaning staff. Our daily services include basic janitorial routines but also specific procedures to care for the museum casework as well original hardwood and linoleum flooring.
